Stitch The Aquarium, a counted cross stitch kit by Luca-S — bright orange, gold and blue koi swirl through deep teal water among pink water lilies, lotus leaves and rising bubbles, in rich jewel colours.
A little stitcher’s folklore: in Japan the koi stands for courage and perseverance, and a pond — or picture — of koi was believed to bring good fortune to the house.

Kit includes: 16-count Zweigart Aida with a printed counting grid (100% cotton), Luca-S 100% cotton threads in 57 colours, 2 needles, a partially coloured chart with coloured backstitch and instructions. A frame and hoop are not included.
Start with the orange and gold koi, then the water lilies, and finish with the deep teal water and bubbles using the partially coloured chart.
