About Us

Matthews Aquatic Paradise Ltd was established in 2024, built on more than 30 years of passion, experience and hands-on knowledge in fish keeping and aquascaping.

What began as a keen hobby in fish keeping developed into a lifelong passion for becoming a dedicated aquarist, with experience across tropical and marine aquariums, aquatic plants, aquascaping and aquarium care.

Today, Matthews Aquatic Paradise Ltd provides professional aquascaping and aquatic services across the UK, helping customers transform their aquariums into beautiful, natural and carefully designed aquatic environments.

We combine years of practical experience with creativity and a genuine understanding of aquatic life. Every aquascape is approached individually, considering the aquarium, livestock, plants, hardscape and the customer’s vision.

Our passion is not simply about creating an attractive aquarium — it is about designing an environment where aquatic life, plants and aesthetics work together.

In recognition of our dedication and work within the aquatic industry, Matthews Aquatic Paradise Ltd is a UK Enterprise Award Winner 2026, receiving the Best Aquatic Services & Fish Care Enterprise 2026 award.

From hobbyist aquariums to bespoke aquascaping projects, our goal is to deliver professional, knowledgeable and personalised aquatic solutions throughout the UK.
